I believe he is saying.."part the sea" which is why he says like Moses (who parted the red sea), afterward. I also think he say's "pacing" back and forth on concrete..and "blood is leaked." Also, I think he says "prophets" which is why he mentiond Curtis, Huey, Pac, etc. and " pave the way," not fade away,. and I think he is saying "fair time" talking about the BS law, not fake crime.
