The lyrics are almost perfect, the only error I can detect is in the line that reads, "Y.O.U. are making this hard,". I can not hear the "Y" sung on the recording. This does not mean that the lyrics are definitely incorrect, it could just mean that while it is written in the lyrics, Rhianna either doesn't sing it or it is not clearly heard.
Have the people who are complaining about the lyrics being totally wrong considered that there may be more than one version of the recording out there. These days it is quite common for each version to have a different order of chorus and verse. I have listened to the recording and apart from what I mentioned in the previous paragraph the wording is 'exactly the same' as the recording I have.
The person or persons who posted these lyrics have done a lot of hard work. All the lyrics are there, including the backing vocals. We should praise this person for taking the time and effort to do this for us. After all none of us want to type the lyrics ourselves, otherwise we would have done so instead of looking them up on this site. If you just slag off the contributor do you thing it will motivate them to write any more lyrics for YOU in the future? No is the simple answer.
What is more worrying is the grammar of the contributors to this page. If this is the standard of grammar that the youth of today are using, God Help Us. No full stops, No capital letters, No apostrophes. Basically no punctuation at all. As for all the abbreviations, is it really that much of a strain to type 'your' instead of 'UR'. It makes things so much easier to read if your posts are written correctly. |
